Fishing violation-take or possess fish over limit — William L. Olson, 63, of Fairmont; fined $160.

Underage alcohol consumption — Kiley L. Talamantes, 20, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license pr vehicle class/type — Michael L. Anderson, 24, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — Alexis S. Alvarado, 18, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Rebecca C. Knaak, 23, of Mankato; fined $285.

Zachary D. Brummond, 21, of Truman was convicted of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, no same or similar.

Tony A. Driehorst, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served four days, serve as work release if eligible, may be furloughed for appointments with psychologist, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing at the request of law enforcement, no misdemeanor violations. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and driving after revocation, were both dismissed.

Morgan M. English, 22, of Welcome was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $735, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing at the request of a licensed peace officer, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of third-degree driving while under the influence of alcohol, was dismissed.

Robert R. Tiernan, 52, of Parker, Colo., was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.
