Borowski, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing at the request of law enforcement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no misdemeanor violations.
Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and driving under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.
Christian M. Jagodzinske, 20, of Welcome was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Chad D. Smith, 37, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $250, sentenced to jail eight days, credit for time served eight days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for six months, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
Travis D. Tungland, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served since June 9, defendant may do STS while in custody provided he meets the jail’s qualifications.

Jose F. Lopez, 34, of San Juan, Texas was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $100.
Manuel de Jesus Gonzalez, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $185. Additional charge of no insurance-drivers violation was dismissed.
