Jacob T. Weisbrod, 17, of Fairmont; Michael J. Finkelstein, 59, of Minneapolis; each fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Caleb S. Pavich, 21, of New Ulm; fined $110.

Improperly worn seat belt — Justin L. Pearce, 27, of Jefferson, Ark.; fined $110.

Fishing violation-extra line — Htoo Hae, 39, of Austin; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Jarod J. Schiebout, 21, of Minneapolis; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Bruce L. Klinksiek, 51, of Elmore; fined $285.

Grant A. Roesner, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Nicholas A. Sandberg, 27, of Sherburn was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $860, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and driving while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Jessica L. Byrne, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charges of driving after suspension, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.

Felipe Davila, 32, of St. James was convicted of driving restrictions violation-drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition interlock; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no violating drivers license. Additional charge of violate limited drivers license conditions-not in possession was dismissed.

Deanne E. Mead, 36, of St. Louis, Mo., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $385, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Kenneth R. Terrell, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also convicted on another charge of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations. Additional charges of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.
