Michael J. Chojnacki, 24, of Blue Earth had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm continued without adjudication; fined $585, one year probation to the court, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation.

Cibriana E. Juarez, 21, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $85, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for one year, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, psychological evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, domestic abuse evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, no contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of contributing to delinquency of a minor was dismissed.

Joseph A. Ringness, 27, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

James R. Breland, 27, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.
