Uninsured vehicle-owner violation — Gage D. Salisbury, 18, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Jason John D. Herselius, 35, of Armstrong, Iowa, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, Domestic No Contact (DANCO). Additional charge of communications violation-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call was dismissed.

Michael L. Peterson, 33, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree assault-dangerous weapon; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, restitution reserved and to be deducted from prison earnings, supply DNA sample.

Amber J. Schuld, 37, of Luverne was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Mark J. Wendland, 48, of Baltic, S.D., was convicted on a felony charge of criminal vehicular homicide-operate vehicle with alcohol concentration 0.08 or more; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 41 months, restitution reserved and to be deducted from prison earnings, supply DNA sample.

Christopher P. Brunner, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $310, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 77 days for one year, credit for time served 13 days, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, Domestic No Contact (DANCO).

Flossie M. Fryer, 55, of Fairmont had a charge of theft-find and appropriate lost property continued for dismissal; fined $335, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution within 30 days, no same or similar.

Molly A. Halvorson, 44, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Haakon B. Johnson, 20, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
