Improperly worn seat belt — Terry T. Buss, 53, of Luverne; fined $110.

Disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting — Teresa A. Hinton, 48, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Robert E. Heetland, 70, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of careless driving; fined $585, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol violations.

Romeal M. Hughley, 29, of Minneapolis was convicted on a felony charge of failure to register; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 24 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional charge of fourth-degree criminal damage to property was dismissed.

Jose Mendoza Jr., 38, of St. Cloud was convicted on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 23 months. Additional felony charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Jamie R. Neilon, 42, of Gordonsville was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $865, sentenced to jail 180 days, stayed 177 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol violations, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation. Additional charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Pamela J. Schull, 53, of Wells was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, fined $610, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol violations, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation.

Ron L. Meyer, 47, of Minnesota Lake received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault; fined $385, one year probation to the court, no same or similar, no disorderly conduct or assault. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ noisy/obscene, was dismissed.

Brandi K. Martin, 45, of Winnebago was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no alcohol violations, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/ treatment, post-sentencing assessment with probation agent. Additional charges of driving after revocation, failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, were all dismissed.

Jaime L. Fiacco, 21, of Winnebago received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $835, sentenced to jail 28 days, credit for time served 28 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation/ treatment, complete inpatient treatment and follow recommendations, mental health evaluation, complete evaluation within 30 days of release from jail. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.
