Driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type — Tekeshia Lefaye L. Simmons, 34, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $185.

Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Julie A. Bradstreet, 50, of Cherokee, Iowa; fined $185.

Stephanie L. Heckman, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, comply with ignition interlock program, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Travis W. Willett, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Megan E. Lawrence, 25, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Mathew L. Flowers, 28, of Fairmont had a charge of driving after revocation continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Clayton T. Maakestad, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and accident violation-failure to notify owner of damage to property, were all dismissed.

Emily B. Morse, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $410, restitution $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution to Hy-Vee before fines, fees and surcharges.

Dayton L. Nielsen, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if requested by Walmart, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.
