Christian M. Jagodzinske, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.

Jason D. Maloney, 27, of Lewisville was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110.

Gary R. Peterson, 67, of Granada was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of unsafe passing against signs (no pass zone); fined $50.
