Driving after revocation — Scott C. Greenwood, 38, of West Concord; fined $285.

Candace L. Stedman, 36, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar.

Nicholas C. Thimesch, 35, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $285, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar.

Bruce M. Hansen, 30, of Sherburn had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, continue treatment by undergoing PTSD counseling two times each month at the VA Clinic in Iowa, mo same or similar.

Richard Longoria, 40, of Pelican Rapids was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Jason R. Kish, 45, of Minnetrista was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
