Vehicle exceeds width restrictions — David A. Hubers, 54, of Northfield; fined $185.

Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene — Ashley F. Wolfe, 24, of Wells; fined $185.

Nicholas P. Ehlert, 19, of Bricelyn was convicted of expired drivers license for person under the age of 21; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to stop at stop sign or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $50.

Brenda K. Potas, 55, of Sioux Falls, S.D., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Ethan T. Frye, 18, of Owatonna was convicted of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-1000; fined $243, restitution $158, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 297 days for two years, credit for time served 68 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, re-establish meetings with mental health provider for purposes of assessment and medication use, follow all instructions of probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. An additional felony charge of first-degree damage to property was dismissed.

Ryan A. Jensen, 35, of Lino Lakes was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree burglary in building-possess tools; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 30 months, restitution reserved, give a DNA sample when directed. Also convicted on a felony charge of third-degree burglary; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 30 months, restitution reserved. Also convicted on a felony charge of financial transaction card fraud-use card without consent; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 23 months, restitution reserved, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charges of first-degree burglary-possession of dangerous weapon/explosives, second-degree burglary in building-possess tools, third-degree burglary-stealing, and three separate counts of theft, were all dismissed.
