Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Robert C. Nix, 36, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Traffic violation-vehicle registration/permit/plates required — Coleman T. Bushlack, 23, of Wells; fined $115.

Muffler/exhaust not in good working order — Jacob J. Redinius, 17, of Jackson; fined $135.

Alma L. Lopez, 41, of North Mankato was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $165, restitution $65, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Kyle E. Lorentz-Taylor, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no same or similar

Kendra D. Cole, 18, of Trimont was convicted on two separate charges of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185 for each charge.

Tyler A. Firchau, 23, of Truman was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment and pay costs, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing at the request of law enforcement, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Michael J. Lindgren, 19, of Huntley was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $215, restitution $30, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, no same or similar. Also convicted of trespassing-occupy or enter dwelling/locked/posted building; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Luis Roberto Z. Rodriguez, 54, of Fairmont was convicted of display or possess fictitious or fraudulently altered drivers license or Minnesota ID; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, credit for time served in Watonwan County. Additional charges of driving without a valid license for vehicle class/type, and uninsured vehicle-owner violation, were both dismissed.
