Alexander P. Larson, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15, actor 24 months older; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 29 days, 15 years supervised probation, serve as work release if eligible, psychological-sexual evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, restitution reserved, no contact with victim(s), no contact with persons under the age of 18, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, don’t own or operate a device that allows for internet capabilities unless approved by agent, don’t purchase or allow in residence sexually explicit materials, don’t enter an establishment that has sexual entertainment as its primary business, predatory offender registration required with the Minn. BCA, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Joshua E. Nowak, 33, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $635, two years unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar, use best efforts to get drivers license back.

Celia R. Cisneros, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $960, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served 30 days, credit for time served of two days in jail and credit for time served on electronic home monitoring, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no new arrests, follow all instructions of probation, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charges of second-degree driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving after revocation, were both dismissed.

Shawna K. Wolf O’Hair, 46, of Fairmont was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no misdemeanor violations, attend MADD impact panel. Also convicted of disorderly conduct; no sentence pronounced.

Solis F. Raymundo, no birthdate or address given, was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185.
