Careless driving — Maynard L. Bowman, 64, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Heidi L. Thomas, 31, of Jackson; fined $285.

Mitchel L. Giesking, 28, of Titonka, Iowa was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, defendant may receive credit toward out of pocket expenses for chemical dependency assessment and treatment. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, were both dismissed.

John M. Montag, 30, of North Mankato was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of expired registration, and ignition interlock restriction violation, were both dismissed.

Brandon M. Olson, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
