Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Ricci L. Patch, 29, of Currie; Autumn M. Wildfeuer, 19, of Truman; Jack E. Fisher, 62, of Estherville, Iowa; Montana E. Thiesse, 36, of Northrop; each fined $110.

Danielle A. Greeley, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Ricky L. Durbin, 54, of Granada received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $660, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served seven days, serve as work release if eligible, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, continue counseling until discharged by therapist, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law, reply promptly to any communication from agent. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.

Jose R. Martin Juarez, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of owner who’s not driver to later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of traffic violation-require/permit offense by another; fined $185.

Lacie A. Lampman, 34, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $685, sentenced to jail 22 days, credit for time served 22 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or licensed peace officer, psychological evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no new arrests, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
