Jason C. Lloyd, 42, of Elmore; fined $225.

Failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address — Chad M. Segar, 39, of Mason City, Iowa; fined $100.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Cody A. Roberts, 24, of Truman; fined $110.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Holly J. Wachal, 21, of Jackson; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type — Rashaun Michael L. Redstar, 22, of Mt. Pleasant, Mich.; fined $185.

Justin J. Roberts, 20, of Truman was convicted of state game refuge violation-hunt or possess firearm or bow in state game refuge or park; fined $85, sentence to service two days for indeterminate.

Matthew T. Langworthy, 27, of Trimont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Ashley K. Nasal, 21, of Mankato was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Lindsay T. Quinn, 27, of address no given, received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $885, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served 15 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no new violations of the law, reply promptly to any communication from agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

One additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school park/public housing zone, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.
