Justin C. Hatfield, 35, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance; fined $1,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 50 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charges of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school housing zone, and possession of controlled substance-precursors with intent to manufacture-second or subsequent conviction, were both dismissed.
