Speeding — Teresa L. Schimek, 44, of Easton; Mitchell A. Erpelding, 22, of Algona, Iowa; each fined $125.

Texting/use of electronic device while driving — Scyler W. Shearer, 36, of Minneapolis; fined $135.

Catarino Lopez, 61, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Gregory D. Oanes, 38, of Trimont had a charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

William A. Lane Jr., 29, of Brooklyn Park was convicted of falsely giving peace officer name of another person; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 353 days for one year, credit for time served 12 days, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Logan E. Wood, 22, of Albert Lea was convicted of traffic violation-vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $115. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Patricia A. Lopez, 53, of Northwood, Iowa, was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served three days, serve 27 days electronic home monitoring with also-censor, two years supervised probation, no alcohol violations, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing.

Luis M. Marin, 26, of Apple Valley was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Christine E. Henke, 27, of Blue Earth was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $1,232, restitution $367, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol violations, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, continue with aftercare requirements, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing. Additional charges of fourth-degree criminal damage to property, and violation of open bottle law, were both dismissed.
