Class of 1966 to meet Monday

Fairmont High School class of 1966 will meet 11:30 a.m. Monday in the upstairs meeting room at Jake’s Pizza, Fairmont.

Valley Quilters plan to meet

Suicide support group offered in Albert Lea

Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group will meet 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Jacobsen Fellowship Hall at Trinity Lutheran Church, 501 S. Washington Ave., in Albert Lea. The group offers support and understanding to each other, helping individuals know they are not alone in suffering their tragic loss. The group meets the third Tuesday each month. Martin County Library to host ‘Mad Science’

“Mad Science: Construction and Demolition” events will be held at the following locations: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fairmont Library, 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Truman Community Building, 2 p.m. Thursday at the Sherburn Theater, and 4 p.m. Thursday at the Trimont Municipal Building.
