Library to host adult painting event

Canvas painting for adults will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Fairmont Library located at 110 N. Park St., Fairmont. All supplies are provided and will take 90 minutes to complete. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is part of the winter reading program and hosted by Unwine Creations. Painting events also will be held at the libraries in Sherburn Trimont and Truman during the months of January and February. For questions, call the library at (507) 238-4207.

Courtney Mosloski of Fairmont was named to the dean’s list for the 2016 fall semester for the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, N.D.
